Cone crusher machine liner replacement and maintenance
The cone crusher liner replacement and maintenance of the following main points：
(1) Check the liner wedge bolt .
(2) Check with the heavy bolt .
(3 Inspect tendon guard , rack drive shaft retaining plate and the host frame retaining liner wear.
(4) Check the fixed cone , the adjustment ring and locking ring thread wear .
Check the fixed cone and move the cone with the surface of the liner . Rubbed off any nicks or burrs on the movable cone and fixed cone .
(5) Check the moving cone copper sleeve, moving cone of a sphere , spherical bush , eccentric sleeve bushings and dust seals wear . With a feeler to move the cone liner and cone with the gap .
(6) Check all hydraulic hoses for leaks or damage.
(7) Check with wear heavy guard .
(8) Check the dynamic wear cone liner lock nut and sub- feed pan , if necessary, replacement .
